The sequence
A real order with real dependencies: the formulation is adapted to your local materials before anything ships, and every batch is tested before it is released.
Day 0
Enquiry and proposal
Tell us your market, target products, output and budget. We reply within one working day, and within three you have a product range, raw material list, equipment suggestions and prices.
Day 10
Contract and NDA
Cooperation agreement and NDA signed. The formulations are licensed to you for the agreed market.
Day 25
Formulation and samples
The formulation package and technical documents are handed over. We send samples, or run adaptation trials with the local cement, sand and water you send us.
Day 40
Raw materials shipped
The first batch of key materials is loaded with inspection reports and shipped to your port. Standard materials ship 15–20 days after order.
Day 60
Trial production coaching
Remote guidance through your first three batches, step by step. Every batch is tested and released only when it meets specification.
Day 90+
Go to market, supported
Application manuals, product brochures and test data, plus support for local certification — and 12 months of technical support, renewable after the first year.

The commercial terms, up front
Minimum order
The first raw material shipment is sized to your trial production plan — usually enough for 10 to 20 tonnes of finished product. After that, order monthly or by batch at stable long-term prices.
Payment
The technical service fee is paid at signing; raw materials are paid per order. T/T accepted, letter of credit negotiable.
Confidentiality
Both sides sign an NDA. The formulations are licensed to you for the agreed market, and we do not compete with you in it — you sell under your own brand.
Equipment
Water-based coatings need a disperser, storage tanks and a filling machine; powder products need a mixer and a bagging machine. We provide the equipment list with parameters and can help with purchasing.
