Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone, country, the product you are interested in, your target output and your message. Our host records the country your request came from and the page you arrived from, which is attached to your enquiry so we can reply usefully.

To answer your enquiry and to prepare a scope for you. That is the only purpose. We do not build profiles and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

This site sets one cookie, and only if you change language: it remembers which language you chose so you land on it next time. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics cookie on this site.

Our website host, and our email provider when your enquiry is forwarded to our inbox. Both process it on our instruction and for no other purpose.

Enquiries are kept while there is an active commercial conversation and for two years afterwards, then deleted.

Write to the address on the contact page to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on it within thirty days.
