Coating testing and QC lab
Data before the formula is final, data before a batch ships
Waterproof coating testing starts with adaptation trials on the cement, sand and water you send us; a trial batch is released only when it meets specification.
Test data your customers' engineers will accept — and the templates to keep producing it.

Waterproof coating raw materials
Key materials from China, bulk materials sourced locally
Emulsions and additives decide performance and are hard to buy locally, so we supply them from China as labelled kits; heavy cement and sand you buy nearby.
Formulation kits labelled by use and dosage, on a stable long-term price.

Your first three production batches are guided remotely, then for 12 months an engineer who knows your formulation answers within 24 hours on working days.
You are never alone with a failed batch and a waiting customer.

The gap
Everyone sells a piece. We hand over the plant.
Handbook sellers stop at the recipe. Independent consultants stop before quality control. Turnkey plant builders do cover all five blocks, but they build paint and putty lines, not waterproofing lines. Exporters just sell you drums.
