Why elastomeric
Concrete cracks. The membrane must not.
A rigid coating splits the first time a slab moves, and the roof leaks again by the second rainy season. Every liquid-applied line we transfer is built to stretch across a widening crack and stay sealed. That property is what your customers are actually paying for, so it is the property we formulate to and test for.

The gap
Everyone sells a piece. We hand over the plant.
Handbook sellers stop at the recipe. Independent consultants stop before quality control. Turnkey plant builders do cover all five blocks, but they build paint and putty lines, not waterproofing lines. Exporters just sell you drums.

Read across: five capability blocks plus the one that decides whether the plant makes waterproofing or makes paint.
Five modules
No chemical background? You can still do this.
The first question most partners ask is whether they can produce waterproof coatings without a technical team. Yes — we split the technical side of a construction chemicals plant into five modules and deliver them together.

Coating testing and QC lab
In-house R&D laboratory
Our technical team independently develops and adapts coating formulations, then verifies performance before scale-up. Raw-material screening, bench samples, application checks and batch-release testing are linked by one documented process.

- Adaptation trials with your local cement, sand and water, with reported data
- Batch testing and release during trial production
- Test data sheets, plus TDS and SDS templates
- Support for third-party testing and the documents local certification requires
Products
Waterproofing, wall paints, flooring and functional coatings.
Waterproofing is the core range, with interior and exterior latex paints, epoxy flooring and functional coatings alongside it. A new plant usually starts with waterproofing plus one or two companion lines; wall paints, floors and fireproofing follow once the first line is selling.

How we work
From first contact to first batch in 60–90 days.
A real sequence with real dependencies: the formulation is adapted to your local materials before anything ships, and every trial batch is tested before it is released.
Day 0
Enquiry and proposal
Tell us your market, target products, output and budget. We reply within one working day, and within three you have a product range, raw material list, equipment suggestions and prices.
Day 10
Contract and NDA
Cooperation agreement and NDA signed. The formulations are licensed to you for the agreed market.
Day 25
Formulation and samples
The formulation package and technical documents are handed over. We send samples, or run adaptation trials with the local cement, sand and water you send us.
Day 40
Raw materials shipped
The first batch of key materials is loaded with inspection reports and shipped to your port. Standard materials ship 15–20 days after order.
Day 60
Trial production coaching
Remote guidance through your first three batches, step by step. Every batch is tested and released only when it meets specification.
Day 90+
Go to market, supported
Application manuals, product brochures and test data, plus support for local certification — and 12 months of technical support, renewable after the first year.
Markets
Designed for the climates of Africa and Asia.
Long rainy seasons, high UV, damp substrates, and cement that varies from country to country. We adapt every formulation with the samples you send before it is delivered.
Knowledge base
Read before you spend.
The questions every first-time plant owner asks us, answered in the open.
- Guide6 min read
How to choose a waterproofing system for roofs
Movement, exposure and who applies it. On a tropical roof, those three questions decide the waterproofing system, and price is not one of them.
- Economics5 min read
What actually drives coating raw material cost
Resin is the headline. Ocean freight on imported water, minimum order quantities and duty usually decide the raw material cost of a waterproof coating.

EN 14891, in plain language
